i have been looking through your work and most of what iv seen links to other Soul Calibur artwork i have seen... i would recomend using images to help you get the charter looking right other then doing a simple copy job...

Thanks for the link, I wish knew how to access the NG gallery earlier. My Soul Calibur pictures were done in early 2005, I uploaded them on DeviantArt a little later.

Drawing all the Soul Calibur characters was more of a practice for me to get better at drawing characters in that art style. Their poses were all from the game, either from the 2D pictures found in the game or from a 3D model of the character in their profile.

i thought i reconised the pose... after a quick google search i found the same pose but with the head facing a different way... so in that case i cant really congrat you on the linework as its either free-hand copied (eye traced) or traced... i hope you understand what i am saying... right... that aside i would have liked to see the same quality of lines all over and not just some areas and mabey neaten up where you havent joined up, or have gone over and into something else... the face is very well done along with the simple all over shading...

Line are you have there, the contrast between lighter tones and darker tones shows you have strong understanding of distance and the quality is immense, i would like to see this finished as its just line-art, but non the less a fantastic piece of line-art...

Stunning...

Photo realistic work is by far the most awe inspiring artwork... this just shows you how far it can be taken... the first few seconds i was working out if it was a photo or not... stunning time and time again... i wouldnt change a thing... 10/10

Lovely face

the face and hair are both clean and done very well... however i feel that the sythe looks almost like a giant chilly the way its shaded and highlighted.. her legs look tiny and her arm going towards her glove is either to small... or if its not coming towards us the glove is to big along with the hand... i hope you can see where needs work and improve it... :3

Perfection in the form of artwork that is right there.. the water shine and effects off the skins are perfect... love the root system looking thing (i take it thats what it is) is awe inspiring... you really have improved from some of the work i have seen you do... 10/10 isnt high enough for you!... truely a masterpiece... love the background and rocks in the forground... and the mood is just summed up nicely...

20/10... thats what it should be... :3

Love the munny's you got there.. hope your going to enter in with the art contest luis will be doing soon based on the mini munny's (which is what they look like)... love the ideas you have going on there... the shead one has to be my favourt... look forward to seeing more... :P

More starcraft!?...

i like the detail in this one, a bit of time (or spare time) went into this i think... the shading is nice and the contrast of the mono tone areas give it that zerg feel... love the claws and stuff coming out of the boots... however some of the lines need touching up beacuse there not straight or notched... keeping the shading within the lines of the picture would make it a ton better as well... but seen as its on paper theres not much you can do when your using pen... neaten up the details and your have yourself a lovely infested terran there... :P

WOW love the motion in this

the flow of both movement, smoke and hair are perfect!... athough i do feel her hair is well OTT (over the top) nice details to add extra character to the picture nice shading... i just love it... why not top marks?... looks really sketchy (i know its just a concept idea) but neaten it up and wola... lovely idea... and portrayed perfectly... :3
