Hate to be a pest, but is this artist scoutable? http://akari19.newgrounds.com/ She's very talented, but seemingly timid and clueless about NG :\
Although she is improving, the majority of her early art is poor, i would advise she deletes some of her older pictures which may be distracting to potential scouts, does some new artwork at the best of her ability and see what happens, at this moment in time i wouldn't scout this person.
